Who can use Papkram
Papkram is operated by Hazem Hokan at the address above. The service is for adults aged 18 or older. Creating an account and accepting these terms gives you access to the free pilot.
What the pilot includes
Your account receives 3 free letter analyses in total. This is not a monthly allowance. Multiple pages from one letter count as one analysis when uploaded together. There is no card requirement, automatic subscription or paid checkout. Saved correspondence remains available after the allowance is used. Future paid offers require a separate purchase.
Check the result before acting
Papkram explains German letters, highlights detected dates, organizes related correspondence and drafts replies from your input. It is a reading and drafting aid, not legal, medical, tax or financial advice. Missing pages, poor images, ambiguous references or AI errors can affect the result. Always check amounts, recipients and dates against the original. A missing warning is not proof that a letter is complete.
You stay in control
You review, copy and send replies yourself. Papkram does not send correspondence, make payments, contact authorities or file an objection for you. Dates appear in the app; the pilot does not promise automatic email or phone reminders. You remain responsible for acting on time and obtaining professional help where needed.
Fair use and account safety
Use documents you are entitled to upload. Keep your sign-in details private. Do not upload unlawful content, attempt to access another account or bypass usage limits. We may restrict abusive use and maintain the service; pilot availability and features may change. Mandatory consumer rights and statutory liability remain unaffected.
Leaving the pilot
You can delete your account in Settings or contact hokan@koefman.de. German law applies without removing mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. These terms do not impose a special court on consumers or limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.
